Please consider placing a restroom or port-o-let at Sherwood Oaks Park. It is a beautiful park but people use the woods as a restroom constantly.

There are many thorny weeds in the play area of southeast park playground. They are a hazard for children. Please remove ASAP
1 - Several tree limbs and foliage are down at the north end of the Overlook Trail, blocking entrance to the trail that is adjacent to the basketball court at the Skate Pk. I dragged some of them over so there is a small opening. 2 - If this is part of the city services, this same area - the north most section of the Overlook trail, entrance near the basketball court of skate park, could use pruning a bit of path clearing.
broken trees are covering most of the trails from the previous storm

This is a follow up on Case #192474 that Tim Street closed last week regarding unhoused individuals using the park shelter at Winslow Woods near the Community Gardens and Community Orchard as a camp. I appreciate that the BPD is aware, but these unhoused individuals continue to live in the shelter. We go to our garden plot at sunrise and they are there, sleeping, so they obviously sleep there overnight. They are there all day, taking over a third of the shelter. They continue to burn smoky, green wood in the grill. There things are spread all over. I’m not aware they harass anyone but it’s uncomfortable. Are you saying it’s okay that they live there? That anyone can basically take over a park building for private use on an ongoing basis? Because that is what they have done. It appears the City has simply ceded the park to these guys. This needs to be addressed in a better way. I feel that others should be free to use the shelter and surrounding area without these men making it feel unsafe.
Address is 1437 W Countryside Lane in Sunflower Gardens association. We've formed Neighborhood Watch and want to put up signage, but need to know where they can be placed and to alert city so their placement is approved and they won't be taken down. To whom should I speak?
I'm tired of being solicited by homeless people anytime I walk around downtown. I love this city and I love living downtown but I am hesitant to even walk a few blocks away from my apartment because I'm relentlessly confronted by homeless people. I have no problem with homeless people and I'm willing to pay my part of the taxes to get them steady jobs and homes, but soliciting hard working residents should not be tolerated and the authorities must step in

B-Town Diner at 211 N. College allows it's employees and guests to freely use electronic smoking devices in it's establishment, despite the health inspector specifically instructing the owner and management that this was not allowed. Employees have also allowed and encouraged a minor employee (under the age of eighteen) to engage in this practice. There have been complaints to the owner and management but these have been ignored or flatly dismissed. These devices are in frequent use by wait staff as well as kitchen staff.
