I received no response to my inquiry on Jan 1, 2016, so I am resending: On the myBloomington City Services tool my address of 633 Bayberry Ct W both the Trash Day and Recycle Week is noted as “Not Available” and I never receive a Trash and Recycling Pickup Schedule magnet. My yard waste was not picked up on Tuesday July 26. It met all criteria for pick up, and has been picked up in the past. My garbage and recycling were picked up, but not yard waste. I called and reported this on Tuesday afternoon but did not hear back from the City.

Our yard waste was not picked up today, but our neighbor's was. It has the proper sticker on it and was at the curb overnight.

Collectors passed by our recycling containers this morning--managed to pick up our neighbors but missed ours. Tell them to look for the red containers with recycling logos on them sitting on curb. So glad my tax dollars go to pay for services that are not provided.
