Hello: This Honda is parked nearly every evening, as well as over the weekend, on the 300 block of S Jackson. Photo attached Not sure where the person goes when they leave the car here, but they inevitably leave bags of garbage behind. This has been going on for about 6 weeks now and we are sick of cleaning up large amounts of trash. Perhaps one of the Neighborhood Resource Officers could come by and talk with her one evening? The streets in the Fritz Terrace Addition have several pot holes. The sides of the roads have chipped away and weeds and grass are growing where the road was. I know we live in an older addition, but we pay taxes like everyone else. They need maintained.

Is there any plan to repair Spicewood Ln, Roundhill, and Roundhill Ct from the utility work that was completed months ago? The unfinished pavement along streets are bad and the area at the inter of Spicewood and Roundhill are particularly bad.

Last week my grandmother, Linda Gast, was walking near the Crescent Park Condos on John Hinkle Place across from the post office. She tripped on uneven sidewalk and fell and broke her arm. This break required an ED visit and surgery that included a metal plate and several screws. This sidewalk is near Bell Trace, where she lives, and a lot of older people are using the sidewalks in this area. We would really like to see some attention given to this sidewalk in order to prevent others from being injured.

The sidewalk on Stands Drive (Eastside of 3401 S. Ashwood Drive) is in terrible shape (crumbled gravel). The problem exits on S. Ashwood on the north side of the property. We reported the condition of sidewalk over ten years ago. Really.
