I don't know whether this is the right place to report this violation. I recently noticed on IU classifieds that some people are trying to buy/sell parking permits which is not allowed according to my knowledge. There's been an abandoned SUV in the south side Kroger parking lot for three weeks or so. It's a silver Chevy Uplander license plate 392RH. It's probably a county thing, but I couldn't figure out how to report it to the county.
