The street light has been out for weeks. I reported it but nothing has happened. It is dangerous to walk past there at night since visibility is low. I tried to report this directly to Duke Energy but their website won't accept it.
According to scanned PRC, it documents an unfinished 1540ft^2 basement. This basement is completely finished with the exception of a small utility room. It features a full kitchen, full bathroom, two living/family rooms, and two bedrooms. Please send field assessor to make these adjustments. The home owner is a Monroe County Government employee and this discrepancy has been reported at least once before now.
Samantha is already complaining on public forums (I.e. HT) about the proposed annexation and her house has been under assessed once it was built. Her basement is completely finished with a full kitchen, full bathroom, two bedrooms, two living rooms and a fireplace. You want to gain resident confidence and support; start by eliminating these large discrepancies by "locals" with connections in the real estate industry and with local officials.

street light in backyard of: tag ID #763 673 "Inspected 2006 Cinergy" This light in our backyard turns on when it gets dark, however, it makes a very loud buzzing sound. Multiple unhoused people are beginning to gather behind the residential dumpster and by the mail boxes. They hang out for awhile and then it evolves into them setting up camps and tarps, etc. often results in disturbances in the early morning hours. This is not the first time this has happened. Drug use and evidence of drug use was found. Do not want criminal charges or anything, just for them to not set up In our backyard.
