Driving west on 2nd Street, going downhill, there is a tree obstructing the stop sign at the intersection of Woodlawn and 2nd Street. As a result, drivers often miss the sign and drive through the intersection without stopping, leading to numerous accidents.
Needs a no parking sign. People routinely park and create dangerous situation.
The street light in front of my neighbors house in front of 422 E University is intermittent. It turns itself off at random times and then comes back on a few minutes later. This problem has persisted for several months. I tried reporting this online to Duke Energy, but their online tool doesn't show a street light on this block, so I'm hoping you can find out who takes care of this light and forward the information to the appropriate people. Hello: I was in communication with Christina Smith last fall regarding a street light that needs to be installed on S. Fess Ave. Preferably 821 S. Fess Ave., as that is the middle of the block. The 800 block of S. Fess is totally pitch black, unless there is a full moon. I'm not sure why this completely dark street, with two homebound senior citizens living on it (my neighbors), hasn't become a priority for a street light. Please consider taking care of this soon. Fess Avenue. Each year, we install street lights within the public right of way on a petition base and available funding. I have placed your request area on are list for future consideration.
