Can the City require that garbage dumpsters be screened from the public and/or somehow protected from scavengers and other vermin? This location regularly has so much waste and refuse that it overfills the container and spills over, creating an eyesore, a health risk, and even at times blocking traffic.

We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. There is a tree that looks like it is bending over the pathway. And I don’t know how strong it is, but if it does rain, I’m concerned about the safety of that tree landing on somebody.
