There are currently no no-smoking signs in the Upper Cascades park. My wife and I were there with our 1 year old daughter last Monday or Tuesday, and were unable to use the swings as two childless adults were smoking on the swing set and declined to move. Can prominent signage be placed to indicate the park/park system is smoke free? I would also update the park rules to be more layman friendly, as they primarily reference federal, state, and city codes (found here https://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=7722). Thank you.

Two trees near sidewalk at SE Park on Arden Drive 00 - Montclair 00, one dead (some limbs have already fallen off) and the other tree near the speed zone sign appears to be dying.

At East Thornton Drive and Covey Lane, there are several big old trees whose branches overhang Covey Lane, and the big branches are rotten and some have already fallen, but the limbs that hang over Covey Lane are dangerous to pedestrians walking their dogs and cars using Covey Lane. Can you please look into this and have the limbs and/or tree cut so that no one will get hurt or property damaged by falling limbs. Every time a hard rain comes or storm with light wind come, large limbs fall onto Covey Lane. Thank you.

My house shares a tree line with Southeast Park on Montclair Ave. During two storms this summer, trees on the park side have split and left large branches on the park side. These trees break due to the number of times they have been cut back by the utility companies (close to power lines that also border my property and the park) on my side of the tree line. Because of the location of the power lines and where the dead tree branches current lay, I do not know who's responsibility it is to clean up these dead limbs. I would like to request that the city take care of it, as we have had no control over the care of these trees and how they have been topped on only one side over and over again throughout the years. There is a very large tree in the street right of way that was damaged in the storm three weeks ago. A huge limb is left hanging. When that limb falls someone will be hurt possibly killed. Whose responsibility is it to take down? The limb would no doubt fall into the street.
