Don't know if this can be addressed or not (as I don't know if it is a city or private street light - I assume it is a city light) but we live at Dixie and Dunn and the street light at that location (on the south west corner of Dixie and Dunn) goes in and out and flickers consistently throughout the night which can be disturbing when trying to sleep or when our 10 month old is trying to sleep. More importantly, it reduces visibility and safety when it is out. Unsure if this can be addressed but we'd really appreciate it!
Thank you much.

Greetings,
Starting around 2a on April 4, a horribly obnoxious ringing began filling the air near the hospital. It is running non-stop, and is rather painful to the ears.
Is it the IU Health hospital? If not, what else is doing this, and is it possible to have it stop?
Thank you!

There are multiple street lights out along College Mall Road, roughly a quarter of them which is dangerous with the number of students walking along that corridor.
