We put our Christmas tree out Monday for pick-up on Monday since this is the last week for it and it was not picked up. The recycling crew shook the snow off and pulled it out further so it wouldn't be missed but it is still there as of this morning. My address is 807 S. Mitchell. Good morning, I am just curious if our trash and recycle will be picked up this week. I am at 1110 N Jackson Street. Our trash/recycle did not get picked up for two weeks during the holidays and it became an issue where we could not fit all of our recycle in the bin within your guidelines and had to keep it another week. Our trash was not collected this morning, and still has not been collected, even though it is our normal trash collection day.
my bill was adjustment and the correct charge for small cart on January, but and this month February 2018 the problem back I have charge for a medium cart. I need pay just a small car, because a choose small cart . Is there somebody help me with other adjustment and fix my bill again. Monroe county Bloomington Indiana22/2018.
This morning when I went to bring in my trash and recycling containers I noticed that my trash had not yet been picked up. I do see, however, that all of my neighbors have brought in their containers. I only have about one small grocery bag of trash per week, but it is still in the bottom of my trash can. As I am required to pay for this service weekly, is it possible to have my bill reduced this month as I have not received the service? thank you, Cynthia Ramlo
My yard waste has not been picked up. If it begins only at a particular date, why can't I find that on the website?

Dear Madam or Sir, I am writing to complain about two issues: 1) While delivering new garbage and recyclable disposer containers, the truck broke my mailbox. 2) Seems like they delivered a defective recyclable disposer container. One of the wheels fell off. I picked it up and pushed it back in several times. Now, during a pickup - that wheel just disappeared. Perhaps it fell inside the truck. Please help.
