Greetings, I am unsure if this is a city issue, but hope that you can point me in the right direction. In the area between our sidewalk and the road there are two tree stumps. The sidewalk in front of 411 South Lincoln street is covered in a thick layer of gravel.
I contacted IU but they said this light belongs to the city. The light to let pedestrians cross at 10th and Fee Lane (going from Kelley School to the Arboretum) is not working. I stood out there in the rain for 5 minutes today, pressing the button several times, but it did not turn to the pedestrian light when it was supposed to. Instead, cars kept going so I walked all the way up the sidewalk to the library where there is a "yield" pedestrian crosswalk; not that anyone does. This is a busy cross intersection for pedestrians, especially with orientation going on.
There is a small tree (maybe volunteer?) at the corner of Southern Oaks and Southern Oaks Court with branches completely blocking the sidewalk. Thanks.
