The street in front of our home (2301 South Sussex Drive) is in need of repair. Large portions of the street have broken off so that it is now difficult for us to drive into the driveway without risk to damaging the tires. Encloses is a photo (which is upside down)

I am writing to report that the street light in the cul-de-sac of 2219 S Laurelwood Circle is out.
Half my tree broke off in my backyard along with lots in the front yard. I’ve gathered it all out by the curb. My house has a red door and is Laurelwood CIRCLE not drive.
The road is crumbling at the edges and the holes have gotten bigger in from of this address and the one next door.

We need curbside tree debris removal from June 25th's storm. The debris has been collected into a manageable pile near the curb of our property. A picture of the debris is attached. It is not blocking the right of way on our street. Thank you!
I think there is no street sign on 3rd St for Johnson Dr. Also, why are there "No Outlet" signs on Johnson & Kimble? Usually these mean the same as "Dead End" - that you can only come out the street you went in. This is not the case. I was heading west, going to Valhalla. I thought I was at Johnson Ave, but did not see a street sign, and the "No Outlet" sign made me think it was not Johnson. Soon came Kimble, so we turned in there and were surprised to see a "No Outlet" sign there, too.
