There are two deep potholes on the downhill entrance to Cascades Park. Lots of bicycles go down this hill at a high rate of speed. This is a very bad place for two deep potholes. Since they could cause a serious accident they should be taken care of as soon as possible. Greetings, there is a small piece of land owned by the city directly next to 202 E Ridgeview Dr. It has not been maintained in a very long time. The grass is very over grown, a large tree is dead and has large falling limbs and it is the perfect hiding place for rodents and other pests.

627 N Morton St (owned by Fuchs Investments) The alleys to the south and (especially) the west of this building are in very bad shape. The south alley mostly needs gravel - we've had to add gravel along the edge so that tenants can access the parking. On the west alley, it is full of potholes and very difficult to drive on, especially pulling onto that alley from the other alley.
