Could you folks find out if the HUGE mess that is sitting on the corner of Washington and 3rd which was a necessary by-product of building the transit center (which is just great) will be cleaned up and the surface greened until that corner is purchased for another use? I am contacting the city in regards to a sidewalk that was put built from Park on the Morton apartments to College Avenue that has an overgrowth of 3 feet of weeds on both sides of the sidewalk along with trash, dirt and debris. The Park on the Morton office claims that it is not their property to maintain, and it seems no one is maintaining it from the overgrowth and dirt/debris.

The homeowner at 3860 S. Mill Stone Way is habitually negligent in the maintenance of their yard. Only mowed it once since I reported them 2 months ago. The back yard slope has not yet been mowed this year. On the south side of the house there is a small pile of brush that's been there for months that has a snake living in it. Please help. My daughter is afraid to play in the yard with so many places for wild animals to hide in their grass. This is an eyesore for the entire neighborhood. Thank you!
