Hello, I am currently trying to sell my house at 1221 W. 6th Street. Potential buyer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive however several people have decided not to buy my house because of the condition of the neighboring property to the east. That particular house is abandoned and derelict. Are you able to take any action that would remedy this plight or if this is simply a civil matter please let me know what steps I should take to address the problem myself. 403, 405, 409 S Jordan - again, no snow clearance on the sidewalks of these rental homes. Other rental agencies in the block do a good job of clearing snow. This section of the block is heavily travelled by pedestrians and needs to be cleared. It stands out from the rest of the block that is cleared and is dangerous.

Jordan Square strip mall does not clear the sidewalk by the intersection of 3d and Jordan. Dangerous to walk through the crosswalks.

914 E University does not know that they need to clear their sidewalk of snow and I have not been able to catch anyone to tell them. Please let them know about our snow r Emoval ordinance.
