per usual with Pendragon/Jeff Jones rentals that are unoccupied, the windows have been left open, letting in greater potential for animals, mold, etc. one of the windows does not have a screen
Lawn hasn't been cut in weeks
Pile of trash and bag left in driveway. No one renting. Jeff Jones property. Windows are left open, one without a screen
Residents have large enclosed trampoline obstructing front lawn for over a week now. This is a major eyesore, and should be removed or put in their back yard
Yard waste (pile of reeds) dumped into the trees overlooking the ditch stream by road and neighbor's fence line
Piles of grass all over lawn and left on surrounding sidewalk and street curb
Trashcan uncovered in driveway, and trash is blowing all over driveway, yard, and neighbor's yard
Lawn weeds are very overgrown. And there's a pile of tree branches on south part of property been there for a couple weeks now. Seem tenants moved out of this Pendragon Properties shit-rental because the landlords would not do anything about mold growing in the house. Imagine that.

A tall plywood fence is being installed between the houses at 1000 and 1002 East Atwater in order to provide an area for drinking/partying. These "fence" panels are removed and stored during city business hours on the deck adjoining the house at 1002 East Atwater. These are the dates the fence has appeared: 8/23, 8/24, 8/25, 8/26 8/31, 9/2, 9/3, 9/4, 9/8, 9/9, 9/14, 9/15. In addition to hiding large crowds of kids drinking, the party area draws increased traffic, trash, noise and the possibility of the "fence" falling and injuring someone. In spite of the fact that the property owner and tenants have been notified that the fence is not allowed it is repeatedly put up and removed to facilitate crowds and loud parties. Would the city please take some action to prevent this from continuing?
