The trees are hanging over the sidewalk so low that you have to duck to get by. It is not a well lit road and at night it is dangerous with people running into the branches hanging down.

For HAND:
this is my annual complaint about the shrubs in front of 401 S High Street. They are starting to encroach on the sidewalk again so that it will be hard for someone with a stroller to pass that part of the sidewalk. And once someone is in the neighborhood, they may want to check out the south-west corner of the Second and High Street intersection. Weeds are starting to creep up the sidewalk there as well. Thanks!

In front of property 1505 E First pedestrians almost have to step into the street to avoid low-hanging shrub branches. Can the tenant be asked to clip them? Thanks.
