Section of sidewalk has risen 4-5 inches causing a hazard to the neigborhood kid on their bikes- they hit it and it causes an accident. I have seen other spots where the high side has been shaved off to be level? Very easy to spot, between my house 3824 and the neighbors, 3820.

Address is 3860 S Mill Stone Way. Tree in parkway (between street and sidewalk) is overgrown. Cannot walk through sidewalk due to tree--afraid kids are going to get struck in the eye with a branch.

Pot hole filling debris all over the road!
Two nights ago we believe that a snow plow inadvertently dug up and distributed debris from a pot hole that was coming undone. Black sticky stuff has been spread up the road and on our driveway (only a little on our driveway). The debris is a a hazard, and of course, the pot hole is too. We hope that the street can be cleaned up sooner rather than later please.

Recently, I reported some damage to the E. Regents Circle street, which the City immediately fixed.
The repair work was OUTSTANDING, by the way! The promptness and quality of the repair work was spot-on ... many thanks to the City!
However, after a few months we've noticed that the asphalt used for the repair appears to now be "separating" from the original pavement of the East edge of street (see attached photo).
Our concern is that as winter approaches, there will be opportunities for water/snow/ice to accumulate, freeze, and actually cause *more* damage to the original repair work.
Can we please request to have the City come check out this repair work to see if it needs additional work? Thank you so much in advance!

The walking/bike trail opposite the Ferguson Dog Park was NOT cleared of snow and we just observed a person pushing, with great difficulty, another person in a wheelchair on this snow/slush covered walk. Shouldn’t the City clear it’s walks just as it expects homeowners to do?

The yew bushes on the north side of the house on Falcon Drive/Gordon Pike not only are blocking half the sidewalk, but also are blocking the line of site when traveling north on Falcon Drive and approaching Gordon Pike. You cannot see vehicles approaching the intersection that are coming from Wickens St.

Because this house is so close to the sidewalk, it is nearly impossible to see the E->W cross traffic on 9th Street when one is traveling south on Grant. An easy way to address this is to ask the owner to trim or remove the shrubs that are on the south side of the building. Of course, a better remedy would be to install a stop sign on 9th Street at this intersection, making it an 3-way (= All-way) stop.

This intersection is BLIND to travelers on Grant Street. The building on the NE corner abuts the sidewalk (who allowed this to be built there???), preventing a south-bound driver from seeing cars traveling west on 9th Street, and it's almost as bad for travelers heading north. If the building at 401 E. 9th is allowed to remain standing, there should be at least a stop sign on 9th Street, since it is so difficult to see oncoming traffic.
