Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. 703 N Washington St - ripped up bags of trash being spread around the yard.

702 West Allen (rental) 1126 South Fairview 1112 South Fairview (rental) The houses listed above continually have a buildup of trash in their yard. 614 West Allen The yard looks like a junk yard. The continuous supply of trash lying around has attracted pests and dogs to dig in to it. So garbage gets all over the neighborhood. One of the pests that the trash is attracting is skunks. My dog has been sprayed once and I have had a few close calls. This past Saturday a pit bull came out of a large pile of trash and kept barking at me and my infant son trying to defend his treasure. This is my second complaint about trash in this neighborhood (the first time was just about 702). I wish to stay anonymous about my complaints so I don’t make enemies out of my neighbors, especially the ones that own their houses. So please help me resolve this problem. Thank you

Dear Government, I have been living here for about 13 years, and in this time it has become clear to me that there is a problem at the intersection between Rusgan Drive and Ramble Road West. You see this intersection has been my bus stop for years, and whether it's the dark of morning when I leave or daylight when I get back people speed right by as if there were no speed limit. This is only made worse by the fact that the intersection is half blind because it lies at the bottom of a small hill. So for the well being of myself and the children of the neighborhood I am requesting that this intersection be changed to a three way stop. I believe this would force the people of the neighborhood to drive at a more reasonable speed and therefore make my street much safer. I believe my neighbor across the street, the father of a small child, previously wrote the city requesting the same thing. I myself am just a teenager. So you know that once the problem has reached the point where a teenager takes time where they could have been doing nothing to write the city about traffic regulation, it's probably not just nothing. And considering others have written about this in the past, I frankly find it foolish to wait until someone actually gets hurt to take action. Thank you for your time and consideration, P.S.
