Trash bins on sidewalk, refuse piled up by street, couch on porch
Large trash container full of garbage has been sitting on the sidewalk for two weeks, blocking pedestrian traffic.
Tenants leave trash all over sidewalk. Bags are untagged- the place is a mess.
Does the City ever follow up with these reports? This property has had garbage cans on the sidewalk for at least a month, blocking pedestrian traffic.
Large pikcup truck regularly parks in backyard accessed via alley.
Trash bins stored in full view at sidewalk, perched on retaining wall.
Black Lexus SUV with expired plates(Palm Beach, Florida) regularly parks in alley on south side of house. Car also is often seen driving south on Lincoln (street is one-way north) from 12th to this alley.
There are fresh piles of stone on the alley along the southside of this property. It appears that they intend to convert the backyard into parking. Is this legal? Please disregard this concern if the stone is instead intended for improvement of the alley.
