There’s a street light on a utility pole that is above the north east corner of the basketball courts of the building and trades park that has had a pine tree grow up around it. The light appears to be broken/nonfunctioning. It would be nice to have a functioning light(s) on the court.

The stop light at High Street and 2nd street is very long. At 5:50 in the morning, with very, very little traffic, it is a waste of time and gasoline. Can it be changed to flashing yellow until 7:00 a.m., please?
There are 2 broken-down cars in the driveway of this house at 1010 Manor Rd. There is no way they are funtional. Both are packed full of junk. I'm wondering if they can be removed.
There's tree on the easement property growing at a 45 degree angle on the NE corner of my property. Part of that tree is hanging over power lines and my fence. I'm concerned it'll fall on my fence.
Damaged sidewalk is inaccessible and a tripping hazard
I assume you're aware of the damage the gas company has done to the asphalt sidewalk in this area (east side of High St by Childs Elementary), and it looks like they are still working. Please make sure that when they repair the sidewalk, they also repair the area immediately north of their work area up to Rock Creek. They have clearly been driving heavy trucks on it and the edges of the sidewalk are cracked and heaving because of it. You can see at the curb ramp at Rock Creek all their tire marks proving they did it and they've broken the concrete there too. Those of us who use this regularly will greatly appreciate a full repair (don't let them just do the obvious area that they removed). Thanks!
I’d like to request that the City integrate any grandfathered single family residency occupancy allowances into the mybloomington data for addresses. That is, state in the mybloomington address data that only three unrelated adults are allowed to rent a house at the listed address, or state the grandfathered amount, and if that grandfathered number has been properly maintained or rescinded due to non-renewal. It would help tenants to determine if they are getting a legal lease, and neighbors to determine if more than three adults are legal or not without going through the process of contacting HAND, and potential buyers to understand what they are getting into.
