On the trail by Winslow Sports Park, adjacent to Highland, near Winslow Farm Rd. There's a short wooden bridge/boardwalk. We were biking on the trail as an alternative to riding on Highland Ave and my son crashed at the bridge. He's fine, but it wasn't fun and it could've been worse. The wood was wet and friction strips are missing/ineffective in areas. There's also a large bump from asphalt to wood, so his tires were bouncing anyway. On top of that, the bridge is located in a turn - you can't even go over it straight, you have to be turning. Turning a bike on wet wood is destined for failure. Please replace this bridge. Preferably a permanent solution, like a culvert covered by concrete, which will permanently resolve the friction and bump issue. Wood will just become an issue again. Thank you.

We moved into a new house in Hidden Meadow in May of this year, and after 6 months we still do not have a street sign. Our address is 5274 N Filbert Drive, Bloomington, 47404, our street name is N Filbert Dr. This is a safety and liability concern, if emergency vehicles – fire, ambulance, or police had to find one of the houses on our street, they would be unable to, especially since our street still doesn’t show up on Google maps. The thought of something bad happening to a member my family or to me and knowing that help might not find us is very unsettling. We’ve waited for 6 months and still no sign. I'm not sure who to contact, and whether it is the city, the planning department, or the developer who is responsible for street signs, but I'm hoping you can help me figure out who I can contact - if it isn't your office. 160453*** work has been done, but this neighborhood that has been affected by the drainage, do not see a sufficient ditch to accommodate the drainage we endure. Please explain what has been done. Attn engineer Phil or Project person Ed.

The 2 south route is being detoured and there is no information about it on the website or the app. How are people supposed to know that the bus will not arrive at their stop. The storm was three weeks ago, you should have information posted by now. Unacceptable.

There is a hole at the base of the fence at Ferguson Dog Park. The picture does not really show how large it is but, my rather large, chubby beagle was able to get out yesterday.

Street lights on both corners of E. Wilson & S. Dunn Streets are not working. Duke Energy website form for reporting lights does not appear to be currently working either (does not list any lights on those corners).
