this is an alley, but it is not used for cars -- it's grassed over. but people still walk through it a lot, and several large limbs from a tree are now blocking it.
anyway, this is not an emergency situation at all, but it would be great to get the limbs removed. maybe one of the homeowners should do this, but they have been there for several weeks now.

Large city tree branch down on sidewalk and yard and rotted.

A few weeks ago someone spraypainted the side of this house. It appears that the vinyl siding was replaced with siding from the back of the house. Because now the back of the house is exposed. Besides this, the house has mold growing all along the side of the house. Horrible shape.

Tree limbs by curb and in gutter of road for days now.
Honestly, it will stay there forever until the city comes around; the people living here are renting and do not care at all about appearance/neighborhood. Only if they are forced via fines.

overgrown lawn.
was reported on 7/1 and on 7/6 it says it was closed because "Not Valid."
If it is "not valid" then why is their lawn still overgrown past eight inches?
