Neighbor has allowed bushes in front yard to grow excessively, and sidewalk has not been cleared of large sticks, etc, forcing pedestrians to move off the sidewalk to pass by. Hate to complain about stuff like this but when you pay to be in an HOA its nice to be able to walk on your sidewalk (:

Pile of metal near garage of 4011 e morningside. Looks like they're working on the house but still need to clean things up. Not sure why didn't put in the giant trash bin.

Tenant recycles for a living, but he stores stuff all over his front and side yards. He also relocates bicycles and scooters. It detracts from the beauty of the neighborhood.

Greetings- Please direct this to Angie Grubb-Flick's attention.
On Indiana Ave just north of Kirkwood in the east side lane there appear to be two missing water valve lids. We are having a road foot race (city permit obtained) on Saturday morning Oct 27, 2018 and need these lids replaced or filled for safety.

House at the corner of W 6th and Fairview has allowed decorative grasses to grow into sidewalk and into Fairview Street. Cars cannot see pedestrians as they pull through Fairview and peds have to walk into street to avoid getting hit in face by plants.
