Flag football parents driving into the fields and parking on the grass in the middle of the field so they don’t have to walk from the parking lots. They seem to be taking advantage of no parking enforcement on the weekends. 10/13/24 around 12:30.
Street lights are out for several blocks and have been since at least the beginning of September. The entire street is pitch black at night and I feel unsafe walking home.

Hello, there has been multiple homelessness sleeping and dropping trash at the playground at Howe street. It’s an issue that we have to solve. My kid can’t go under those circumstances. I appreciate your time. Thank you so much.
The plant holder on the southwest corner next to the light post is broken and a section of the cement fell off completely.
The speaker from Bloomington HS South is loud from the football game. It is can heard from about half a mile away. Please talk to them about turning down the speaker
