As required in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, a personal care attendant (PCA) does not pay a fare when accompanying a BT Access customer on a paratransit ride. However, Bloomington Transit reportedly requires that the PCA must pay a fare when accompanying a BT Access customer on a fixed-route bus. This fare policy creates unfortunate accessibility and financial burdens for BT Access customers. Bloomington Transit should revise this policy to go beyond the minimum and allow PCAs to ride for free on fixed route buses. Under Department of Transportation (DOT) Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations at 49 C.F.R. Section 37.131(c)(3), a personal care attendant (PCA) may not be charged a fare for complementary paratransit service. PCAs may be charged a fare on fixed route. While some transit systems go beyond the minimum requirements of the ADA and allow PCAs to ride for free, there is no requirement that they do so.

Outside of 507 S Muller parkway, APT 707 there is a wrecked vehicle that has been untouched/ moved for several weeks. We looked further into the vehicle information to find that the vehicle belongs to someone who no longer lives here and has been abandoned on the property.

Not really an issue per say. More a general question. For people walking down third street is there any way for them speed up the light change when there is no cross traffic coming? I normally try to give it two minutes to change? I've noticed it doesn't change automatically unless there is physical cross traffic sitting at the light. Some nights I have enough time to truly wait other nights when running late waiting there is far to much time in my own opinion. If there isn't that's cool. As I said I'm just curious. Cars speeding on Meadowbrook dr. Several drivers are speeding passed school buses endangering the safety of children . Maybe a sign to get people to slow down or speed bumps would help

Right side traveling east on bikepath/tunnel/7th st extension, handrail next to bike path is missing a piece that would prevent being skewered if riding a bike into it. See left side of path in photo for comparison.

Can we please get some traffic calming measures added to sheffield drive between Morningside and Park Ridge Rd? With the added morningside calming measures Sheffield has become a drag strip for individuals to get to the back of the neighborhood. Children at play signs, etc. are not helping. Any chance for enhanced enforcment and ticket citations?

1502 E University is a rental property. There is no yard maintenance happening at all and everything is overgrown. They have mowed maybe once this year.
