Excessive growth. Front yard weeds shoulder high. Open compost bin. I had a rat in my garage. Never even had a mouse in my house. I believe the rats are coming from their property.. Compost bin is close to the neighbors to the south of their property.

A group of people have set up camp within the park. They have tents, sheets hung blocking the view, etc. They have beaten a trail to where they are camping and have removed vegetation to clear the site. I haven't seen it, but my adult son was out there looking for our dog and stumbled onto the campsite. He said if you park in the lot and go southeast, you'll find the camp. They are staying away from the old pond area and where there are workers. We just hate to see destruction in the park! Thanks, Martha

I've noticed a lot of people walking from the apartment complex out to the main road on this street and I wanted to send a report to see if someone could either trim the foliage to ensure people can walk on the side of the road or if a sidewalk could be created down South Oakdale Drive to protect pedestrians. large tractor-trailer broke a branch off street tree--still attached but also on the ground. It is too high for me to saw the branch through. I have dragged it to the grassy strip but it need to be cut through and removed.

On the Rail Trail, just south of Country Club, there is a parking lot. Just south of the roundabout there

The southwest corner of 3rd and Walnut has a curb ramp that is too high. It's one inch and shouldn't be over 1/2." So if a person with a rollator is going to up that ramp, their wheels hit and it the top goes forward and the wheels don't go up. This happened to a blind person I was escorting. It needs an asphalt patch to smooth it out and make it traversable.
