Sidewalk at 320 N. Lincoln is not currently cleared of snow, nor is it ever cleared. Not sure if it is tenant's duty or landlord. Property has sidewalks on both N. Lincoln and E. 8th St.

City street tree blocking on street parking ar 105 North Roosevelt Street. Tree is on south property line of 107 North Roosevelt street.
