Broken pavement where East Morningside drive meets my driveway at 101 E. Glenwood Ave. The bad pavement is from storm water that flows from across the street into my drainage ditch. Request pothole/patch repair to halt additional loss to street pavement.

The sign at the intersection of S. Maple Street and Kirkwood (area code: 47403) was taken or removed several months ago and hasn't been replaced.
