On the Rail Trail, just south of Country Club, there is a parking lot. Just south of the bicycle roundabout there, there are drinking fountains. The drinking fountains have been smeared with poop and need a good deep clean.
ihitPolly Grimshaw Trail (east portion near tennis court) has numerous bumps that are hazards to bikes at speed (coming down the hill at night. There is a large encampment with tents. They have two guard dogs tied who bark if anyone approaches. They have cleared all vegetation of plants. They have an open fire. It has not rained for some time. This is a dangerous situation and unfair to all who would like to use the space.
Tree cleanup needed in the creek alongside the Clear Creek Trail between That Road and Church Lane. There were trees at various locations that fell into the creek from the trail side that the city owns. These trees cause a potential flood hazard and need to be removed. I spoke with City of Bloomington Stormwater and MS4 Coordinator and they referred me to report this to Parks and Rec to take care of the issue.
Walking the trails and street line next to Latimer Woods and at the bus stop of E Buick Cadillac Blvd and S Clarizz Blvd I realized that there has been more trash filling in this area. There are now three shopping carts and some homeless encampments. The area has a foul smell. I walk this area almost every morning and this part of the woods has gotten worse with trash and encampments.

4th Street trail between Roosevelt and Bryan is overgrown and difficult to walk on path due to overgrowth.
There is a tree that looks like it is bending over the pathway. And I don’t know how strong it is, but if it does rain, I’m concerned about the safety of that tree landing on somebody.
