'Chimney Repair' sign at the STOP sign right at the corner of Miller Drive and S Highland Ave. I would suspect it is in the ROW.
"For Sale" sign in the ROW on E Wexley Rd, but the house for sale is at the corner of Wexley and S Stratford.

We on the Historic Preservation Commission want very much for homeowners, potential new homeowners, and their real estate agents to be able to have easy access to information about whether their property is listed on the scattered sites survey, or within an historic district. Prior knowledge will help them become educated about the responsibilities and benefits of owning an historic home. There are two places links to the information should show up, (at minimum.) one is under the "historic" tab once a "my Bloomington" search has been done on the property. Or under the "historic district" entry which properties within historic districts currently show. (Add scattered sites here, please.) Another is under the "realtor information " page on the HPC website. (Here: https://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=8553) there is a line stating "survey results by address" but it is not linked to the page ( https://bloomington.in.gov/historical-survey/survey-results-by-address ) and it is hidden halfway down the page. I would argue this link / information should be the first thing on the real estate info page, and prominently listed. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
I'm looking for the scattered sites survey. I'd like it posted on the HPC section of the city's site, and as a stand alone, on par with historic and conservation districts. Link used to be here: https://bloomington.in.gov/historical-survey/survey-results-by-address Or are we awaiting an update? Access to the resource with that caveat (if needed) would be appreciated. Thanks- Sam
these mattresses have been sitting outside of 624 S Woodlawn for almost a month, since the renter changeover. occasionally the mattresses fall over, blocking the sidewalk. this is a rental (4+/- unit) apartment building.
ureport drop down category menus not accessible on iphones or tablets. please address. most of the ureport stuff is sighted out in the world, so mobile device compatibility would be lovely.
Revisiting closed cases #188519, 188925, 188988, all concerning 1709 E Circle Drive. Citations have been issued, but the yard is still as unkempt as it was (and worse) since it was first reported on May 19, 2024. Also, branches are still overhanging and hit my car antenna when I go around the curve towards Eastside Drive. If you give me a valid reason why this is acceptable, I will stop bugging you about these 2 things.
"Masonry Repair" sign in the ROW next to the Greenway Bike sign at E Covenanter, heading towards the hardware store on the right side, right before the intersection of Covenanter and College Mall Rd
