Trash bins left in neighborhood intersection for weeks and the trash or recycling isn’t being picked up. Bins are overflowing and the trash collectors are not picking it up on Tuesdays pickup. The owner of the bins at 1401 leaves them in the intersection full while trash and debris is blown around the neighborhood. The children report it smelling terrible and it looks awful.

When my recycling was picked up this Wednesday the lid to my container was broken. See break in picture above. Requesting a new can with functional lid or new lid. Thank you.

Malcolm Abrams and I own the bungalow housing the Bloom Magazine office at 414 W 6th Street. The alley to our west (when facing the building) sees a surprising amount of traffic, both vehicular and pedestrian due in part to the location of the County probation department's testing office just north of us along the alley. The alley surface is in poor condition with ruts and uneven patches. The utilities department is in the process of repairing and resurfacing a portion of our lot and alley due to water line damage from AEG fiber installation. I've been told that the city will pave some well-used alleys when in disrepair. I'm wondering whether this alley would qualify particularly given that the paving equipment will be onsite already. My water meter was to be replaced this past Wednesday but the service folks doing this work were not able to shut water off at the street as they said my water shutoff was bad. I am not able to turn water off in the house as well as I have a bad gate valve that needs to be replaced. I do have the city water spot prepped and ready for your replacement. I would appreciate a call to get this repair completed as soon as possible so the water meter guys can return to complete their work. Thank you. Terry Duffer

The cans of trash are completely full and now they are overflowing onto the ground. There is a strong stench coming from the cans and the area in general.
