there is a stop sign on two sides of a four way intersection, but the stop sign going east, is pointed away from the street, and people run the stop sign every single day, and it’s much worse at night. this is a serious issue, considering how often people speed in this town. the street parking further prohibits visibility to see oncoming cars, so having a clear stop sign is very necessary to prevent accidents

Men’s bathroom at planet fitness has mold, so does the water dispenser on top of the water fountain.
This area is very dark, needs light
Not really an issue per say. More a general question. For people walking down third street is there any way for them speed up the light change when there is no cross traffic coming? I normally try to give it two minutes to change? I've noticed it doesn't change automatically unless there is physical cross traffic sitting at the light. Some nights I have enough time to truly wait other nights when running late waiting there is far to much time in my own opinion. If there isn't that's cool. As I said I'm just curious. "End Construction" sign with flashing light laying against backside {north face) of garage. Sign is close to alley intersection between 11th and 12th, and between Fess and Park.
While walking through the park I observe acholic being consumed regularly. Empty alcohol bottles left on tables in pavilions. I changed my walking path at night because of unhoused sleeping on playground and at both pavilions. The park is becoming more and more unsafe.
The tennis and pickleball courts are in need of sweeping. There are many pine needles down since storms. The courts are slippery as a result. I’m sure there are many demands after rains, but there are more than 30 people over 60 years old playing this morning and I am concerned for their safety and your liability.
Vehicle abandoned in kohls parking lot. Been here at least a month. Flat tire and broken window, and hood of car appears unlatched.
