It's been over a month since we moved into the apartment, and it has been hot. The AC does not work on the first floor. I have called them, added maintenance issues but they aren't fixing anything! Please help!

On Wednesday, August 21st, I was at Ferguson dog park. A dog brushed against me and I reached to pet the dog and it bit me on my RT hand. The gentlemen the dog belonged to said nothing and did nothing and promptly left. I did not get any information from him. I was seen at the Bton ER where I got 8 stiches for 2 different bites, rabies prevention (due to not knowing the dog's vaccine status), Dtap and oral antibiotic. None of the other dog owners that were there helped to get this gentlemen's into. I want people to be aware. FYI, he was an elderly man, I would guess 70s and walked with a cane. His dog was medium built, mutt and medium size and black. Someone at the park told me, after the gentleman had left, that he had said, "I try to warn people," and mentioned that they had seen him there before. If anyone has any info please let me know. Identical to issue #188757. New tenants at this address are driving the wrong way on 11th to get to their parking spot. Please ask them to obey the "One-Way" signs and approach from either Washington or the alley, and not drive west along 11th from Lincoln. Pedestrians are not expecting a car to turn directly into their path, and because there are no sidewalks, people on foot must walk on the street. Also, there is a large spruce on the SW corner of Lincoln/11th that completely blocks the view of possible oncoming drivers, there is a real possibility that someone could get run over at this location or another vehicle driving in the correct direction on 11th will suffer a head-on. The vehicle observed most recently was a grey Hyundai Sonata with Pennsylvania plates. It then pulled into and parked behind (on the south side) of this house.
About ticket #192627. You closed it with the comment that the contractor has filled the hole. The contractor has half-filled it with gravel that is quickly being scattered as folks park with a wheel in the hole. The hole is growing, and is a hazard. It hasn't been filled. Thank you,

My name is Nick Pejeau, and I'm an IU Health employee representing our Trauma Services Community Outreach program, Stepping On. The program seeks to reduce fall risks for elderly adults. One of our class participants reported concerns for fall hazards due to unearthing and uneven sidewalks in their neighborhood where they walk to the grocery. They did not give me an exact location but said, "The first one is on Kinser Pike, somewhere between N Skyline Dr and W Parrish Rd., I think. The second one, the one with cane for scale, is on W Parrish Rd. between Kinser Pike and Kroger." I've attached the picture they submitted to me. Thank you.
