We can't pick and chose who plays by what rules. Besides it's right on one of are main st. Please see what can be done. There is a walking trail that is being used as a road for people in the apartment complex’s up the hill. This is a massive safety concern. They have cut a steel cable that once blocked vehicles coming down this road. Please place steel post to prevent anymore vehicles using this walking path.

There hole the street that someone could fall and trip into / over in front of my house. It appears to be done by a utility company as it is marked FP but it does not have any protective cones around it. As this is a safety hazard, please confirm you can either block it off or repair it asap. Thank you!
