Abandoned vehicle in neighborhood parking. Vehicle appears to have a flat tire and has not moved for 6 months. Taking of neighborhood parking space. Leaves and brush are gathering around the tires. Car is parked on 3rd & Madison near High Speed. See image attached.

I've tried getting to the City of Bloomington phone app to work and report this, but can't get it to function correctly. This pick-up has been parked in the yellow at the intersection of 6th & Waldron for at least 2 months. It is partially blocking the road and makes negotiating the turn difficult and dangerous in inclimate weather especially. It now has a flat tire and very expired plates.

Double charged for parking, November 2017 Hello, I had attempted to contact dalyr@bloomington.in.gov, as I was advised by the City of Bloomington Parking Garage that I need to provide information to R. Not sure if this is the correct category but there is vomit on the back stairwell of the parking garage off walnut and 7th street over Scotty's. The vomit is on the back stairwell before the first level and has been there for weeks. There is also lots of cardboard at the base of the stairs where perhaps someone was sleeping before it got to cold-- it has been there for weeks as well. Could someone please clean up that back stair well. It is rather unpleasant to have to walk past old vomit every day.

A white van has been parked outside of my house at 205 E. Wylie for the past two weeks. I have no idea who it belongs to. It is blocking parking for my own visitors.
