Trees down on west part of the loop in RCA park that is blocking the path. If you enter the trail off starry view and continue on the leftmost fork in the turns on the trail you’ll come across it. It’s before you reach the summit elementary, the western end of the condos along countryside are visible.

The corner of Moores Pike and Claris currently has flashing Yellow lights to help pedestrians cross Moores Pike. Drivers view yellow lights as a call to speed up not Stop. I walk there frequently but cars seldom slow or stop Sometimes the cars speed up, either to beat the light or to run over me. Perhaps it would help to change the lights to red which means Stop. Or install a regular stop light. Also, at the Southeast corner of Hillside Dr and College Mall Rd. The crossing light turns on when the vehicles turn right from Sare Rd onto Hillside Dr. This is very dangerous for the pedestrian since the corner is not visible to the cars turning right. Fox won't leave our back yard. We have kids and pets and we are worried about rabies and public health issues. Fox is leaving carcasses of random critters around as well. Fox went after our small dog.
This is an Envirosac of cement (concrete construction debris), likely left over from fiber optic installation one year ago. It is at the residence of 2809 E Daniel Street. It was a box of powdered cement, that naturally hardened into concrete, making it VERY heavy. I would like to know who to contact to remove this from the easement? Another neighbor asked the residents to please remove it, however they have not, and they likely do not think it is their place to do so since the fiber optic company fractured their driveway and did not take this box of cement with them when they repaired it. There are multiple potholes on Amp Way, near Target and Current at Latimer Square. The largest is past the entrance that Target shares with Chik-fil-a. Further down the road there are two, one pretty deep, right at the corner crosswalk. This concerns me due to the blind corner and crosswalk. Some drivers come around that corner in the middle of the road, and it makes it difficult to avoid hitting the pothole. This road is, at times very busy and congested, with bus, car, scooter, bicycle, and foot traffic. The curbside parking for the apartments has cars facing two different directions, which gets chaotic. The turn lane in front of Target is very tight if you're turning right, with poor visibility due to the hedges, and oncoming traffic often speeding. it wouldn't be a bad place for a few speed bumps, especially with the IU Students returning soon.
Please add more signage to 3rd and Rogers St. to discourage through traffic on W 3rd St. especially large trucks and vehicles with trailers. 4th St. & 3rd St. & Howe are all designated “neighborhood residential street” in the Bloomington Transportation Plan. They are to be “low speed and low volume”. There is a sign east of Rogers on 3rd. that says “No through trucks on 3rd St” but it is old and very faded. I am asking if a similar sign could be newly added to the two sign posts at Rogers that are of a picture of a black truck with a red circle crossing it out, add the written signs underneath that, is that possible? Thanks.
U-report 191557 says resolved. My opinion not this overgrowth is in the faces of the service. I hire to mow the city alley. If I have to remove snow from sidewalks in the winter for safety, this overgrowth is a hazard. It contains poison ivy and is very close to falling into my off street parking. Civic duty take care of it homeowners.
The 2 hybrid elm trees in front of our house are dying. I think there are the same tree across the street that are dead. Can you please evaluate the possibility of removing them? Thank you.
