House at the corner of W 6th and Fairview has allowed decorative grasses to grow into sidewalk and into Fairview Street. Cars cannot see pedestrians as they pull through Fairview and peds have to walk into street to avoid getting hit in face by plants.
The sidewalks between the B-Line Trail and Madison Street at the 3rd Street bridge are getting overgrown. Both sidewalks on the north and south sides of 3rd Street running west from the trail to Madison have low hanging trees and overgrown shrubs. There is also a lot of loose sand on the south sidewalk of 3rd Street overpass. As the only way onto the Trail at 3rd, this all makes for an adventure. On my Bicycle I have to be very careful. I'd like to see this trimmed. I bike commute on the trail from the south to the area of 3rd and Madison. My roommate bike commutes to Cowork. I see others use the sidewalks too. Could be much safer. Monster fireworks sign back up again for weekend
This is in relation to a concern regarding an excavation project on the neighbors property, located at 3720 Brighton avenue. The neighbors project is impacting the run off from a storm drain which runs through his property. He is using the run off from the drain to fill several large ponds he has developed. The ponds are not properly reinforced nor is there a mechanism for controlling their overflow or run off. The result is that after this mornings recent rain, mud and debris are flowing from his property onto an adjoining piece of property owned by an hoa. I called four weeks ago to inquire about a legal permit which I assumed he had for the work. The employee who assisted me found that there was a permit in place for excavation which related to a proposed addition. We have not observed any home construction activities with relation to this excavation.
What is happening in the pond across from 301 Pete Ellis Drive. Lots of dead fish can be seen floating in it. Can you investigate?
411 E First Street, half of the sidewalk is covered by overhanging long grass. This was reported in the summer already. Nothing has been done about it.

There are 3 locations along the north side of 10th st between Walnut and Dunn where vegetation is overhanging the sidewalk and making it hard to use the sidewalk.
A plant in the yard of 3401 Ashwood has grown over the sidewalk on The Stands Drive, making it difficult for kids to bike and others to walk on the sidewalk.
