Storm limbs pick up needed
Storm limbs pick up needed
A grocery shopping cart filled with garbage (and various unidentified personal items) was left abandoned in the roadway between 914 N Fairview St. and 915 N Jackson St, and in the back of 620 W 13th st. Cart first noticed morning of 7.6.
The storm caused major tree limbs to fall on a shed on the rear of this property as well as in the more dense tree part of the property (towards the east of my lot). I tried to remove the limbs that were small enough and I also cut down overgrowth that had grown over the alley. It would be great to have help with the other limbs that are too big for me to dispose of.
Tree branches down. Could be moved by hand with one person.
many branches and pieces of tree
Tree limb laying in the tree plot on 14th street side from the storm.
I have piled debris from a downed tree to be collected into piles along the curb.

I am submitting this Ureport on behalf of Upland Brewing. Pete Batule of Upland Brewing contacted me on 10-5-18 to say that Upland has been experiencing significant issues with odor coming from the storm drains on the north side of 11th street directly in front of Upland's patio. The odor is having a negative impact on their patio dining customers. Here is background on the issue as provided by Mr. Batule: Upland has had ongoing issues over the last few years with odors near the patio. They installed a piece of equipment above their lift station (the Peacemaker) next to the patio to neutralize the smell coming from the lift station. It wasn’t until the Peacemaker was installed that they suspected most of the odor was coming from the storm drains. Phil Peden has done some investigation on the storm drains. He noted there is an illicit connection tying to the north side of the storm box. Phil doesn't believe it is tied to a toilet because there isn't paper in it, but perhaps is related to byproduct or a wash drain/sink coming from elsewhere. Upland has dye tested their facility and found no evidence that the connection on the north side of the storm box is connected to their facilities. The odor comes on very strong at times to the point where they have to relocate customers. They notice an increase in odor around times when it rains and storm drain activity increases. James Hall and I discussed this issue on 10/8/18 and James has started to follow up internally at CBU on next steps. Kelly
There is a landscaping truck and trailer that has been parked outside our house for more than two weeks. It is a red truck with landscaping equipment in the back and a trailer filled with dead yard waste. The back tire of the trailer is flat. Please contact owner for removal or have it towed. Thanks.
