There are 4-5 Bradford Pear trees growing into the W Reynolds Rd so bad it has almost caused several accidents when two vehicles have to come through this area. The owner of the property has given permission renters to cut the trees all the way down (the renter doesn't own a chainsaw and is scared of the powerlines). They are also close to / underneath overhead cable / powerlines.
Hello, we have a Pin Oak tree to the west of our home that was affected by the storm. We wanted to check to see if this tree is on city property. While looking at the GIS it looks like our property line starts at our basketball hoop and the tree is to the west of that line. There are branches that are loose and it looks like there has been a lot of woodpecker activity in the past that is creating damage. Could someone please come out and inspect the tree and let us know what you think? We would love to keep the tree if possible, but safety-wise we would like to have it checked/trimmed up. Some branches from the tree are hanging too low, interfering with SUVs parking on the drive way or drive in/out of the garage.
After the storm on June 25 this tree has been leaning over Fountain Drive. It is tall enough for most passenger vehicles but seems it might be continuing to fall towards the roadway.
