Parking Ticket-- Hi, I want to give Sgt. Albert in the Police Department a HUGE COMPLIMENT! My mother Brigitte Jensen in Bloomington (I live in Idaho) is 80 years old. She has been very ill and even though she has a handicapped sticker, she was given a ticket in a Private Parking Lot for parking in a lined area in front of a dollar store. She called me and was a bit shaken. I am here in Idaho and I called Sgt. Albert. He was so understanding and KIND. I actually got an update on Bloomington/Normal. Anyway, I just want EVERYONE in the police department and city to know.............I Appreciate Policemen like Sgt. Albert. Merry Christmas to him and you! Linda Covert Pocatello, Idaho
Highland Street, just below East First Street, huge ice slick in the western half of the road. We tried spreading salt on it just now and maybe that will help a little but thought you should know.
I sent this email to Mr. VanDeventer approximately four months ago and have heard nothing--no response whatsoever. Can you please help this tax payer get a street sign replaced that's been missing for almost two years. Also, there is a flickering street light on the east end of the Cheyanne Lane cul-de-sac that is off more than it is on. Mr. VanDeventer, Approximately four months ago I called the City street department to report a missing street sign. I can understand why replacing street signs is not a high priority for your department, but the sign has been gone for over a year plus the four months since I reported it. Is that the typical replacement waiting period? Here is the street sign: S. Stratford Dr. Location: Regents Park subdivision off High Street. Thank you, Franklin Lograsso Thanks
Shoes on the power lines at N. Smith/E. Morningside intersection.
A couple of weeks ago, the city (I assume it was the city) cut down a large tree along High Street, a short distance north of Hillside. They left these logs perched precariously on a bank, where it looks as if they are in danger of tumbling into the street, in the path of some unsuspecting motorist. I assumed they'd be safely cleared away quickly, but a couple of weeks have gone by and they're still there.

How would I go about getting someone to come out to potentially issue a citation to a property owner about a dangerous tree? We just purchased our house and there is a very large and what seems to be dead tree on our neighbors property with branches that hang over our home. It seems like it is above power lines as well. I'm just not sure how to go about everything. The occupants are renters and I'm not sure who the landlord is, but it is a hazard that needs to be taken care of ASAP. My address is 1529 W 8th St
