This light has been on and off for sometime now. It is dark outside early in the morning and we would appreciate it very much if the light could be fixed to be on when it is dark out Rev. Ernest D. YIELD sign on Adams as you are going north on Adams and preparing to turn east on Kirkwood is facing AWAY from the street. It is facing the cemetery and there is no cemetery exit at that location. This sign should be turned so it faces the oncoming traffic-- vehicles going north on Adams and turning right on Kirkwood.
