One of the houses near us pumps their water on to the street as well as Alice street, creating ice and slush. At least five cars have gotten stuck on the street in the past two days.
The light post on the gravel behind house 408 (where a lot of cars park) is out.
The street light in front of our house is out and has been for quite a while. We've had a break-in and two close calls and I believe it's because it's so dark around our house.
HUGE pothole in front of our house, this is a highly trafficked area especially for walking, worried about people stepping in the hole and getting hurt!

The alley that runs between 800 North Grant Street and 415 East 11th Street (connecting East 11th and East 12th streets) is full of potholes and bumps, especially as it gets closer to 11th St. Many of us who live in these buildings have to drive through this alley every day in order to access the parking for our buildings. I know that the condition of this alley has been damaging to the suspension of my car, and I am sure I am not alone in this. I'm sure I speak for many when I say that we would greatly appreciate it if this alleyway were to be re-paved, or at least have some of the deeper potholes and bumps filled in and smoothed out. large, deep potholes in alley between Topo's 403 and Papa John's - parallel to N. Walnut St., between 8th & 9th Sts.
The alley between Tracks and Village Deli,leading back to bloominfoods, is in terrible shape, with many potholes.
The curb cut has turned into a sink hole at the southwest corner of 9th and IN. The sidewalk on the opposite corner (north side of 9th between Indiana and Fess) is also a problem.
This area of N Fess has become overgrown with grass in the street.
