It is my intention to develop my 5 vacant lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that with 1305 W. 11th the way it is. The yard has become a junk yard. It is deplorable. Construction material. Bicycles, trash, rubbish, yard waste, scrap and detritus stacked on the front porch. Regardless of the section of town, this property absolutely destroys any kind of surrounding property value. Please force a cleanup.

I actually think the house may be abandoned and is being used as a trash dump. Regardless of the section of town, we property owners don't like our property value destroyed by places like this. Our neighbor's house is radiating terrible smells. I think they are stock piling trash or kitty litter yet again (see the history of this house). I saw a pile of something near their back door.
Hello! I’m trying to see who can take care of the rental property next to my business? I am located at 811 N. Walnut St. The house to my right has had college students move out in May and the trash is now coming onto my property.

This is the second time I've reported this. Earlier in the year it looked like they were using plastic containers to start seeds in the front, now it's just become junk and they are not mowing.
Retaining wall has collapsed. Property is eroding onto sidewalk.
House and property presents unsafe conditions, including: 1) exterior paint chipping (hazardous to young children and pregnant women) 2) unstable stone wall along sidewalk 3) overgrown weeds 4) large tree overhanging neighboring house 5) deteriorating foundation 6) porch seems to be falling away from house 7) overgrown branches on electrical wire 8) deteriorating roof/shingles Example photo provided as attachment.
