Yard is covered in dog feces. All over, up to sidewalks, and owner does not clean. Tons near southeast area of property. This is a family neighborhood with kids and other dogs. This is a health hazards it's so bad

Garage door is almost fallen off of track, hanging to one side. Green moss/fungus growing all over front on west side of house. East side of house has cleaned graffiti markings that can still visibly say "Fuck You." House is one of Pendragon Properties' houses. How is Jeff Jones still allowed to rent in Bloomington after all these years of problems with him? How many court cases, HAND involvements, money owed does it take? Presumably, he most know someone. :( This really sucks having him in our neighborhood. The houses are always trashed, he treats his tenants like a slum lord would, and we all have to deal with are neighborhood going downhill because for whatever unjust reason, the city or courts can't probably deal with him. We don't want him or his business in this respectable, family neighborhood.
