There is a rock with a plaque for Conrad Muller and it's had something poured on it that defaced it. It's hard to read, yet it's beautiful.

Walked through Switchyard again last night for the first time since my last report (11/7)- all the lights were still off, the whole stretch was still pitch black. I finally went through and wrote down the ID for every light that was out along the trails in this stretch. Every light starting at BL51 and ending with BL38 was out, as well as every light starting at SYP117 and ending at SYP108 (so SYP107 and down were on). I hope this helps you figure it out!
In the Bryan Park adult workout area: 1. one of the rings is cracked. It's one of the rings in the middle set. 2. the balance beam is loose. Needs to be tightened.
House siding hanging in tree just off Clear Creek on W. That road.
MSI Security guard drove unsafely on the trail. He drove over the yellow line and nearly hit an oncoming trail user. Those security people drive like bullies on the B-line trail.
The new bicycle storage cubes are not benefiting residents and are creating two significant problems: Immediate Safety Hazard: The cubes are an attractive nuisance and severe fall risk to children. Preschoolers have been observed climbing and jumping on the units. This confirms the greater community need is a safe play area, not this storage solution. Unauthorized Misuse: The units are already being used as personal storage by non-residents (unhoused), leading to increased and unwelcome traffic into the residential courtyard. The project failed to consult residents on community needs. I request immediate action to address the safety hazard and restrict unauthorized access to these units.

The lights at Switchyard do not come on when they are supposed to. Specifically at the skatepark and path around it. They seemed to fix it when an event took place Nov 8, then just turned them off since. People not only at the skatepark but also people who walk the path, can’t see where they are going at night. It can be very dangerous especially considering that the homeless sit around all day and night over there. If someone could please fix this issue, then everyone who often goes to the park would appreciate it very much. Thanks
Multiple what I think are paper wasps at the larger new playground "Bryan Park Playground (5-12 year old)" off of Henderson. Couldn't find the nest but my kiddo did get stung. I killed a few. This was last weekend before the cold but as it will be warm again I wanted to send something.
