Discovery Pkwy & 10th St

10th St. and Discovery Parkway is way overdue for safe pedestrian infrastructure. As you can see, it's close to a post office, several employers on Discovery Parkway, and several apartment buildings. It's also serviced by city transit. But it's entirely unsafe for pedestrian crossing and seems like it's not even set up for that. Please invest in making it more usable for people to be able to safely cross 10th from Discovery to get to Pete Ellis.

Maybe you can explain to Ganesh Properties what the rules for placing signs in yards are. There is hand-written, crudely produced 'For Rent August' sign at the edge of these 2 properties, most likely in the ROW.

THIS IS A USED CAR SELLING BUSINESS AND A BODY SHOP. WHAT ABOUT THOSE ISSUES. DO I NEED TO CONTACT THE MAYOR'S OFFICE ABOUT THESE VIOLATIONS? https://nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbloomington.in.gov%2Fcrm%2Ftickets%2Fview%3Fticket_id%3D206072&data=05%7C02%7Cmmccaffe%40iu.edu%7C2e0adb479e954bfa811c08de01b71f40%7C1113be34aed14d00ab4bcdd02510be91%7C1%7C0%7C638950083211614862%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&sdata=94L0GLtAvoOIoVKwjF2gNvz%2FR6caPEFy1v%2FxK0BsTl8%3D&reserved=0

There is a used car/truck business combined with a body shop business in our residential neighborhood. I believe the address is 1306 South Palmer Avenue, but I'm not sure of that number. If you come to the 1300 block of South Palmer Avenue, you cannot not notice what I'm talking about. Used cars and pickup trucks are routinely delivered, then refurbished at this, and then sold. This kind of activity should never be allowed in a residential neighborhood. I'm a homeowner living nearby, I pay city taxes to live in this neighborhood, and I beseech you to stop this illegal activity. This area is not zoned for business, it is not an industrial area; it is a neighborhood. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I expect a resolution to this problem soon.

Used care repair business still going on. Cars being delivered and picked up on a regular basis, several mechanics working on cars until late at night, continues. Apparently this has been an issue that the city keeps “resolving” but nothing is changing. What is going on? why is this being allowed to continue for years. From the records, this house has had several complaints that the city resolves but remains unchanged.
This individual used the street and parking spaces for his own private used care business.
Property Taxes are way too high for this to be happening.
The person in charge of these complaints is not doing his/her job at all.
