Car blocking sidewalk every evening and weekends. Difficult for neighbors to walk, push strollers and with little kids on bikes. The house owner rents out rooms and has limited parking available. One car parks on the street which breaks HOA rules. They could all fit in the driveway and share keys if a car needs moved. The address is 4301 cricket knoll. The owner is Megan Utley. The sidewalk on both the front and side of the property at 1700 E Camby Lane (southeast corner of Camby and Durham) is obstructed by low hanging branches and outgrowing vegetation. The HOA for the neighborhood has been notified and hasn't acted to rectify this, other than to send a letter to property owners mentioning overgrowth among other general comments; this hasn't resulted in any action by the homeowner. It's not possible to walk along the sidewalk without walking into tree limbs and/or bushes, so pedestrians must walk in the street on both the front and side sidewalks.
There are tree branches all over the sidewalk in front of 702 and 704 W. 4th St.
Northside of Tapp Rd. between S. Adams and Rockport Rd - overgrown weeds and brush on sidewalk make it difficult to travel on the sidewalk.
Sidewalk between the driveways of 417 & 423 E. University St. is almost unpassable because of encroaching woody plants. Also, sidewalk in front of 423 is encroached by vines, including poison ivy.
