Vehicle has parked for over a week on corner without moving. HOA asked these renters to move vehicles off street at night, they do not abide. Vehicle obstructs two way traffic and needs removed.
Honda Pilot with the license plate number VID691 with a flat tire has sat in the community parking lot for quite a bit now. Does not appear to be a regular neighborhood car.

There is an abandoned red Toyota Prius full of junk in a parking lot with flat tires. It’s been there for months and is attracting unhoused people rummaging through the car.
This cop 1705 has been blocking the alleyway for over an hour yesterday so far (30 minutes is the legal amount) Really bad for business to have a cop car right next to your business door. He does this often and it does not improve the safety and negatively impacts business to have him stationed on Kirkwood in such a manner.
There is alot of through traffic and vehicles speed through with alot of pedestrian activity in the area.
Vehicle (Nissan XTerra plate 977BHC) has been parked for well over a month without being moved. It blocks the view of cross traffic when trying to turn onto S Hawksmoore Drive.
