Please plow and salt Brookstone Court to the back of the court. The back is located between 3400 and 3404 E. Brookstone Court. I attached a photo highlighting the area in blue that is currently left unsalted and unplowed. When this area isn't treated, the tire-packed snow ices up for several days. I checked neighboring courts (such as Kings, Dale, Taylor, and Chaudion) and found them completely clear while Brookstone was 2/3 snow & ice covered. I only expect a path to the back of the court, so please make sure driver follows a path similar to the red arrow in the photo to the back of the court. Thanks!

The snow in Brookstone Ct. should be plowed to the back of the court between 3400 and 3404 (see attached photo). Otherwise over 2/3 of the court will simply ice over with traffic and sub-freezing temperatures through the weekend. Also, this was previously requested on 1/5. After the request, the driver did a great job throughout January, so thanks to him! I think he drove truck # 4940. Just need to continue plowing to the correct spot.

There is a street sign bent over so that it cannot be read just to the north along the sidewalk in front of Bloomington Cleaners There is no selection on the service request menus for this type of damage/situation

I appreciate the snow removal services provided by the City. After today's snow, I noticed that the lower part of our street was clear but the cul-de-sac was not. This is the first time this has occurred. As the snow season begins I thought I would check in to make sure that it is planned that the cul-de-sac will normally receive the same services as the rest of the street. Thank you.

Section of sidewalk has risen 4-5 inches causing a hazard to the neigborhood kid on their bikes- they hit it and it causes an accident. I have seen other spots where the high side has been shaved off to be level? Very easy to spot, between my house 3824 and the neighbors, 3820.

Pot hole filling debris all over the road! Two nights ago we believe that a snow plow inadvertently dug up and distributed debris from a pot hole that was coming undone. Black sticky stuff has been spread up the road and on our driveway (only a little on our driveway). The debris is a a hazard, and of course, the pot hole is too. We hope that the street can be cleaned up sooner rather than later please.

Recently, I reported some damage to the E. Regents Circle street, which the City immediately fixed. The repair work was OUTSTANDING, by the way! The promptness and quality of the repair work was spot-on ... many thanks to the City! However, after a few months we've noticed that the asphalt used for the repair appears to now be "separating" from the original pavement of the East edge of street (see attached photo). Our concern is that as winter approaches, there will be opportunities for water/snow/ice to accumulate, freeze, and actually cause *more* damage to the original repair work. The sidewalk is covered with a think layer of run off gravel from the alley. Can this be cleaned up and something done to prevent this from continually happening?

407 S Grant St.: there is a serious and dangerous condition along Grant St. between Smith and 2nd streets. You crews have left 3ft trenches along a poured sidewalk. I've personally seen 3 cars fall into these trenches and receive damage. Your signage is insufficient. Please remedy this situation now or residents being hampered by this nuisance will be forced to take legal action against the city. This report will serve as notice that you are aware of the hazard you have created by failing to fix the road in a timely manner.
